Hi Alexandre

Maybe the problem is in PVE, because:
A) When these 2 nodes has quorum (the light is green in PVE GUI), the VM
configured in HA not turns on.

B) After, i try to start manually the VM, and i get this error message:
Executing HA start for VM 109
Member pve5 trying to enable pvevm:109...Could not connect to resource group
manager
TASK ERROR: command 'clusvcadm -e pvevm:109 -m pve5' failed: exit code 1

C) The service rgmanager is running

D) In old versions of PVE, if the cluster communication dies, the VMs always
continues running, in this node the VM turns off.

F) Then, when i execute "reboot", the node is stopping the services, but
when reach this text: "Stopping Cluster Service Manager", the node stays
frozen and not end the reboot.

G) So after i connect by SSH to this node, and again i execute "reboot", and
the PVE node begin to boot brutally as if the physical server recently was
power on.
