[pve-devel] first recompiling from source

Thank you. I was able to compile from source using a mix of proxmox
installation (actually installing proxmox on debian wheezy) and using
some libraries from debian/testing (particularly
libspice-protocol-dev).

I hope to be able to contribute some code soon.
