[pve-devel] Better translate to Spanish language

With pleasure, I will start this weekend, but I hope I do not bother you if 
I need to do several basic questions about things that I do not understand. 
(that all developer must know, and that I wait to don't have to do it, but 
as i said: i am not developer  and i want to help)

The language file is in the git repository:

You can edit such .po file using poedit
