I have now done the test.
When is fails the following is displayed:
mnt/pve/qnap_nfs/testdir/src/file1 /mnt/pve/qnap_nfs/testdir/dst/file1
differ: byte 1, line 1
Linux nfs share solaris nfs share
2.6.32-24-pve-111 test fails test succeeds
2.6.32-25-pve-113 test succeeds test succeeds
So as stated earlier is seems to be a bug in this situation:
client redhat-2.6.32 server some linux kernel
if server is anything other than linux kernel the bug does not apply.

Do you know the difference between a yankee and a damyankee?
A yankee comes south to *_____visit*.
