Could you try these changes
in /usr/share/perl5/PVE/Storage/LunCmd/Comstar.pm

        #my $prefix = '600144f';
        my $prefix = '600144f0a06f070000005';
        #$digest =~ /(\w{7}(.*))/;
        $digest =~ /(\w{21}(.*))/;
