on the libiscsi todo is a reconnect part:
* Autoconnect for session faiulures.
When the tcp session fail, try several times to reconnect and relogin.
If successful re-issue any commands that were in flight.
When this is introduces it should be pretty simple to add a patch which
round robins through a bunch of target IPs.
