[pve-devel] pve-storage :set shared 1 for sheepdog plugin

No advantage indeed, but, maybe it was more clean to have all module specific properties in 1 place.

(This was because I forgot to add shared property in plugin.pm for sheepdog)

But it's ok for me like now, no problem.
