Applied, added suffixes to the heading targets in a follow-up as otheriwse
there where quite a few duplicate ones, which confuses sphix/rest (and
potentially browser/users), also reduces the double-space between bulletin
point and text start and dropped some blank lines for successive list points
that are all on the same level, thanks!
