[PVE-User] MIME type of SPICE configuration file

The MIME media type set is "application/x-virt-viewer", as that's what
the main SPICE client "virt-viewer" uses, e.g. on my Debian workstation:

# grep mime-type /usr/share/mime/packages/virt-viewer-mime.xml
  <mime-type type="application/x-virt-viewer">
