Cloud init disk storage migration

Hi,

We're trying to move cloud-init disks from one storage to another, 
without luck.

The only way I have found is to shutdown VM, remove cloud-init disk, 
re-create cloud-init disk in destination storage, and start VM.

Is there any way to achieve this without shuting down the VM?
