[PVE-User] moving machines among proxmoxs servers.

Hi, unfortunately Proxmox does not have a feature like vzmigrate that 
allows you to move a VPS from one Proxmox to another on different networks.

You need a cluster. And if you want to do a live migration, the cluster 
must include a shared datastore with the VMs hosted on it.
