[PVE-User] Not able to add the new host in to cluster

Hello,

Not able to add the new Proxmox host in to cluster, where I am getting
below error

Request addition of this node
500 can't lock file '/var/lock/pvecm.lock' - got timeout

Kindly let me know the reason for the above error.
