[PVE-User] Use LVM from XenServerf into Proxmox 6

Hi Gilberto,
You need to fix your LVM first (not a Proxmox issue).
I see you have a lot of PVs, but no (old) LVs show. Also, you seem to
have missing at least a PV (/dev/sdb?)
Fix that first, then let's see what output give "vgs" and "lvs". You
need to see VMs disks with "lvs" first. The you can create .conf files
for proxmox and rename Xen LVs.
