[PVE-User] Not able to start the VM

[Gilberto Nunes]

Using Windows, use WinSCP in order to open a ssh session to the Proxmox
server
Using Linux, use sftp line interface command, then cd /etc/pve/qemu-server,
then get VMID.conf, to save to your computer.
