[PVE-User] Upgrade PVE 5 -> 6: Switch to predictable network names?

Just to let you know:

I manually renamed the eth0 / eth1 network interfaces to the predictable
names, this works fine.

Renaming can be done in Debian9/Proxmox5 before the upgrade or right
after the upgrade before the reboot.

I also have Infiniband interfaces in my nodes (ib0), these cannot be
renamed in Debian9, so the renaming has to be done either before the
reboot or afterwards.

Btw - updating my test-cluster worked like a charm from Proxmox 4 -> 5
-> 6, so, congratulations to the Proxmox team!

Best Regards,
