[PVE-User] Options add Cloud-init drive greyed out

Hi to all!

We have a user which have the following roles/path:

PVEAuditor         /nodes
Administrator      /pool/<poolname>
PVEDatastoreAdmin  /storage

When he try to add a cloud-init drive (hardware->add->CloudInit) the 
CloudInit option is greyed out. I think we he is missing same 
permissions (as full admin the option is usable) but we are not able to 
figure which one. Can anybody give us a hint?
