[PVE-User] VM ID 4 digits -> no view in Backup-List

I just found out that it is probably a problem of the browser:

* Mozilla: Under Datacenter -> Backup -> Add no scroll bar is displayed.
Thus, the 4-digit IDs are not displayed.
* Internet Explorer: Here a scrollbar is displayed and I can also select
the 4-digit IDs.
