Looks like you have (mistakenly) added both /dev/sda3 and /dev/sdb1 to the
same VG (pve) ? This means that pve will consume the space from both in a
linear fashion (i.e once first is full then it will continue allocating
space from the other). Would suggest that you start over and *correctly*
setup "pve VG" so that it uses only one of the two partitions.
