Define "connect"..
manage vmware/hyper-v/proxmox hosts in the proxmox web interface : no
not possible.
have them connected to subnets where the hosts are pingable, and copy vm
image files over the network: yes possible.
configure ceph in proxmox as nfs, smb or iscsi gateway for hyper-v or
vmware to consume storage from : yes possible, but will require some cli
usage.
migrare vm's between proxmox and vmware and hyper-v: no, not in a
interface. you can do a manual migration, where you move a disk image
over and set up a new vm on the other platform using the old disk ofcourse.
what did you have in mind?
