[PVE-User] Host Rebooting when using PCIe Passthrough

Just wanted to follow through on this.
I took the NIC out and was still having reboots. I swapped the GPU with
a different one and have not had anymore reboots. Hopefully this remains
when I add a NIC back, but the resolution was swapping the card. There's
something funky with the original GPU I was using.
