[PVE-User] Filesystem corruption on a VM?

I come back to this thread.

I've upgraded SAN firmware to the latest available, then upgrade the
cluster from PVE 4.4 to latest 5 version.

Today is 2 weeks without filesystem corruption happens. Previous
interval was lesser then 5 days, so i suppose that i've fixed that
trouble.
