[PVE-User] Removing VM does not remove it from backup

Hi

Is it me or ... :D

Using Proxmox 5.3 and I've removed VM from GUI, but this does not remove 
VMID from vzdump.cron file. So, next time backup runs, I get error that 
this VM does not exist.
