[PVE-User] Migrate direct from Xen to iSCSI LUN

Hi there.
I'm looking for some insight about how to migrate VM from Citrix direct to
iSCSI LUN. I have a Dell Storage MD3200i so the only way is to work direct
with LUNs... Or perhaps someone can point me in the right direction. I
suppose I can use Clonezilla to migrate on-the-fly to a VM which have it's
disk lay in iSCSI LUN.... Any advice would be nice?
