[PVE-User] CEPH Luminous source packages

Hi Mike,

I haven't installed luminous yet but if they are doing what they did
with previous packages then they're just using standard Ceph repo. The
source code will be https://github.com/ceph/ceph/tree/v12.0.0

if you replace 12.0.0 with the exact version of luminous currently in
the repo and installed that should be the source code.
