Doese it have any netork trouble or is it working fine just see that error in the kernel log?

I also have theese messages.
They must be related to some kernel net driver regression/bug.
As Proxmox does use its own ubuntu-based kernel, this bug seems to be relevant:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1715609
Sometimes disabling gso/gro/lro-like features on the network devices could help, but i tried many of them with no success yet.
with:
ethtool -K ethX lro off
check with ethtool -k ethX
Let's hope ubuntu/proxmox guys fix it soon.
