Thank you for the valuable information. But In Firefox I use,

Multiprocess Windows  0/1 (Disabled by addon)        Windows 10 (not work)
Multiprocess Windows  1/1 (Enabled by default)       openSUSE (work)

I think that it is probably the same cause.
However, the environment I am using is different from the bug reporting environment.
For that reason, I think not the same phenomenon.
