[PVE-User] PVEVMUser role

Hi,

I just noticed that this role can't do much, as expected,
but when clicking on "DataCenter" the user can see the
CPU and RAM usage for every physical server. Since
that information is hidden when clicking directly on the
server in the list, I assume it's a bug (at least I'd like
to hide it !).

Another weird thing, when in the hardware menu, in "Add"
everything is greyed out except "EFI Disk". I assume it's
just been forgotten since it's a recent addition.
