[PVE-User] Slow Backups, High IO load

Is anyone seeing *extremely* slow backups and very high IO loads with 
the latest Proxmox? ours have become unusablely so (< 2Mbs/s)


nb: I don't actually think the problem is proxmox, just trying to rule 
out possibilities. I suspect the real problem is the backup destination, 
our QNAP NAS which had a firmware update recently.
