[PVE-User] PVE4->PVE5 Live Migration issues

What we found was that some of our VMs were running already with a 
non-cirrus VGA.

So we had to check each VM's running kvm process, to know wether we had 
to add vga:cirrus or not.

We didn't see this 100%CPU issue though.
