[PVE-User] WARNING: Upgrade and Watchdog kills Server in HA-Mode

Isn’t this the issue:

Setting up pve-ha-manager (2.0-4) ...
watchdog-mux.service is a disabled or a static unit, not starting it.


Where possibly the service is stopped, but not started again?
