[PVE-User] USB Devices hotplug

Hi friends

I am using PVE 5 here, and when I try to add a external USB Device into
Windows 2012 VM, I see it in red, which means in append mode.
I just have to shutdown the VM and start it again in order to see the
device in Windows disk manager
I already enable hotplug into vm config, like this:
