I've treid to *add* whay you suggest, and the same error happen:

 Running as unit 100.scope.

I've tried to remove 'scsi0: /dev/sg3,cache=writethrough' and keeping only,
as last line, 'scsihw: virtio-scsi-pci'; then the machine boot,
but there's no scsi device available.
