[PVE-User] Containers and DHCP

I only seem to be able to use my containers with static IP's

If I specify dhcp for the IP4 interface and a IP for the dns server
the container starts but stays with a blank screen on the console, we
never get a login prompt.

- Firewall is disabled

- Debian 8 & 7 standard container

- latest proxomxo
