[PVE-User] VM Console connections failing

Getting these on a regualr basis trying to concole onto our windows VM - 
spice or novnc

nc6: connection timed out
TASK ERROR: command '/bin/nc6 -l -p 5900 -w 10 -e '/usr/bin/ssh -T -o 
BatchMode=yes 192.168.5.243 /usr/sbin/qm vncproxy 723 2>/dev/null'' 
failed: exit code 1


The only solution appears to be to shutdown the VM and restart it.
