If you had followed that HowTo, you would not have touched the cluster CA files
(which are used by KVM for the VNC setup as well as by Spice), but put your
certificate(s) and key(s) in the correct location. 

Please follow the instructions (start with "Revert to default configuration" and
continue with "CAs other than Let's Encrypt").
