[PVE-User] IPv4 Allocation issue

Hi list,
I'm facing a strange issue on my proxmox infrastructure.
I have PVE and an IP list that i can allocate to my CT, and it's working
well.
The issue i found i when i create a CT and assign an ipv4 address, then
remove it, and create another CT with the same IP address, the CT became
unreachable.
What can i do
