[PVE-User] shutdown and stop

* shutdown: gracefully shut the container down, this is like you would
normally shutdown a real computer
* stop: stop the container instantly (kill the process(es)), this is
like you pplug out the power cord, or press the power button long
In general shutdown is, as expected, recommended.
