[PVE-User] [Feature] Float Div's on the summary pages

"My" graphs (PVE 4.2-5/7cf09667) /always/ stack onto each other, no 
matter how wide the window ist, leaving a wide, unused, blank column on 
the right side (see https://ibin.co/2jpiRv8X5iXY.png).  /I/'d like to 
see PVE use this space instead of wasting it (i.e. like in the mockup 
viewable on https://ibin.co/2jpiguIVbBuq.png)
