Quite sure, look at the output in my desktop terminal (I've kept it open 
since this morning):

This status command:
/etc/init.d/ceph status osd.8
is yet reporting the osd.8 init from January 11th (3.4->4.1 upgrade 
day), the same as above. It should report this morning's start, I guess :)

This is our office's cluster, I can do non-destructive tests if that's 
valuable.
