[PVE-User] HDD errors in VMs

Thx Dmitry for your idea.

We tried the solution and run afterwards into the 120 sec. blocker errors.

ATM there are lot of discussions about the HDD-Timeouts and 120 sec
blockers.
Seems to be a buggy kernel we got with the update.

Yesterday we setup a new node with proxmox 4 and migrated a VM to check
if it´s really a kernel problem.

We just switched the BUS to virtio.
