[PVE-User] corosync not working

Hi,

i have a cluster with 16 nodes. One of them, running pve 4.2-15, has a
problem with service corosync. In logs i can found:

This node is within the non-primary component and will NOT provide any
services.

Members[1]: 3

In Webinterface, the node is marked red. After i restart service
corosync all is fine for about 5 minutes. What happen and how to repair ?
