[PVE-User] cluster node add failure

Hello to all

I've just installed two hosts (latest 4.1) and do have got this error
when trying to add second node to the cluster :

can't create shared ssh key database '/etc/pve/priv/authorized_keys'
authentication key already exists


After this second node is kind a disabled , non pve services running 
(web interface does not appear at all but non error reported)
and the first (main) node has been recovered by lowering votes back to 1.

Is there any workaround to solve this situation or server reinstallation 
(2nd node) is the only way ?
