[PVE-User] Upgrade from pve-manager 4.1-22 to 4.1-33

That was it! Added the main jessie repo back into sources.list and
everything installed without errors :)

Thank you all for the quick replies! I guess i'll just have to keep a close
eye on updates from now on. In the past I had the main repo break things
like OpenVSwitch.
