3 Node cluster with ceph. Node 1 is done successfully, 2 & 3 to go ...

Living dangerously, doing this remotely over a crappy ADSL1 connection 😊 Every reboot is a sweaty few seconds .... will it come up ...

The wiki instructions are easy to follow, thanks.

One quirk, I was using the zfsonlinx debian repo, couldn’t get the jessie one to install with the 4.2 kernel. Have reverted to the pve one.
