[PVE-User] Upgrading 3.4 cluster to 4 steps

Have been reading the steps here:
  https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Upgrade_from_3.x_to_4.0

I have a 3 node cluster - do the steps need to be done simultaneously on
all nodes at the same time, or can I do one node at a time, rebooting as I
go, then recreate the cluster at the end (final step)
