[PVE-User] IO error

Hi guys

I have PVE 4 installed and one Ubuntu 14 LTS installed with KVM.
The VM image reside in NFS, that was builded in an Ubuntu too.
Time to time I get XFS IO error inside de VM.

Something that I fix to resolve this??
