[PVE-User] QEMU-IMG bring down my storage!!!

I was a very happy user of Proxmox...
Until I try create a new VM with a 500 GB disk size, in a NFS storage.
Because qemu-img still create image with preallocation=metadata, this bring
down my Storage and all VM's that depend on that!!!

Is so difficult to make a patch to fix this and make qemu-img do not
preallocate the entire data???

Image if I need create a 1 TB image disk!!!!
