[PVE-User] Possible bug (Proxmox VE 4.0): Can't create container VM with a /8 address

I'm trying to create a LXE container, and I'm going through the wizard. I
get to the IPv4 IP, which I'm trying to set statically. It's not taking my
10.150.0.100/8 address:

It looks like the field only clears if I put in at least two digits after
the slash... But won't take a /08 either.

FYI. Loving the system so far.
