[PVE-User] LVM volume not displayed in pve interface

Thanks rob for your suggestion. That was the problem...

I just had to add the tag to the logical volume:
$ lvchange --addtag @pve-vm-<id> /dev/vd03/vm-<id>-disk-3

Now the lvs output seems to be correct.

I think that this was due to a manual creation of the volume (not 
created trough the pve interface....)
