[PVE-User] mixed linux bridges and openvswitch

FYI, even tho I was not configured for any OVS features I had to issue 
the following

apt-get purge --auto-remove openvswitch-common

This cleared any of the OVS server stuff that was leftover and allowed 
vmbr1 to work correctly.  Not clear why...

I'll tackle OVS another day..
